  • Order Processing
    At Some Times Good, order processing occurs on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding public holidays in Auckland, New Zealand. Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number for your convenience. In instances where a parcel remains unclaimed or is refused by the receiver, we will make every effort to arrange a re-delivery. However, if re-delivery cannot be facilitated by the delivery provider and/or our team, it becomes the customer's responsibility to coordinate an alternative delivery or depot pick-up. Please note that no refunds will be issued for parcels that are unclaimed or refused. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth shipping experience.
  • Shipping Policy
    All orders are shipped from Auckland New Zealand via NZ Post.   • Returns Policy
    Should you wish to initiate an exchange or return for a product, please take a moment to review the information below before proceeding to our contact page: No exchanges, purchase is final once completed. We will only accept returns for damaged items. Photos of damaged goods with tag attached must be provided prior to shipping. Damaged returned items must have a tag attached. Items without a tag will not be accepted for return. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the goods back to our address. Upon arrival, our team will thoroughly inspect the item(s) for any damage. Subsequently, we will either approve or reject the exchange/return request. In the event of a denial, the item(s) will be returned to the customer at no additional charge. Upon approval, we will facilitate the requested refund or exchange.   • Lost or Missing Parcels
    While we cannot assume responsibility for lost parcels, whether in transit to the buyer or returning to us for an exchange/return, we will do what we can in assisting you in locating your package. To mitigate the risk of parcel loss, we strongly advise customers to verify the accuracy of their provided address, and other relevant details during the checkout process. In the unfortunate event of a lost or missing parcel, it becomes the buyer's responsibility to initiate an investigation with the relevant courier company to determine the whereabouts of the package.   • Cancellation
    Some Times Good retains the right to cancel any order if we are unable to fulfil the requested products. In such instances, customers will be notified immediately. Please be advised that Some Times Good is not obligated to compensate for any loss, expense, or inconvenience that customers may experience due to the order cancellation.
